Wetting dispersant  ADDITIVE NK-2210

ADDITIVE NK-2210 is an acidic low molecular weight dispersant that exhibits good dispersibility for particles smaller than 1 μ m, preventing particle aggregation and viscosity reduction in the dispersion system.

2. Basic purpose

Mainly used for wetting and dispersing powders in coatings, inks, and ceramic electronic components during the pre manufacturing process of ceramic pastes and other products.

3. Performance characteristics

A.Metal powder, especially Ni powder, exhibits good dispersibility and has the effect of preventing particle aggregation and reducing the viscosity of the dispersion system.

B.High effective ingredient (100%), free of impurities such as alkali metals.

C.It exhibits good solubility in various solvents other than water.

D.Has good thermal decomposition properties, and undergoes thermal decomposition at approximately 500 ℃ in a nitrogen environment.

 Usage method

The recommended dosage for ADDITIVE NK-2210 is 1-5 wt% of the powder weight. The optimal addition amount depends on the particle size and specific surface area of the powder. It is recommended to conduct experiments with different addition amounts to confirm the optimal addition amount.

Packaging and Storage

The ADDITIVE NK-2210 packaged in its original container has a storage stability of at least 24 months at a temperature of 25 ℃.
