PROPERTIES:

Melamines IAMEL 947 is a hexamethyletherified amino resin, which has good compatibility and compatibility with alcohol, ester,

ketone and other solvents, and has limited compatibility with water and aliphatic hydrocarbons (such as n-heptane). It has good

hardness, high solid content, high gloss, high fullness, high flexibility and other characteristics.

Melamines IAVEL 947 can be used to produce solvent-based and water-based coatings. It has excellent compatibility with acrylic resin,

alkyd resin and polyester resin, and low reactivity. It is necessary to add acid catalysts (such as DNNDSA, p-TSA, DDBSA, etc.) to

promote crosslinking reaction. The aqueous system needs to add amine neutralizer or alcohol to improve the storage stability, that is,

adjust the pH value 8-9 or add an appropriate amount of n-butanol.

coil coating, indoor electrical coating, etc

Storage stability:

Melamines IAMEL 947 can be stored in the original container at 25°C for at least 12 months.
