Electronic component protector PTL030

The effective ingredient of electronic component protector PTL030 is a high molecular weight polyester material, which can form a protective film on the surface of objects and has good adhesion on ceramic, metal or plastic substrates. It can prevent inorganic substances such as water, acid liquids, alkaline liquids, and organic substances such as most oils and ethanol solvents from contaminating objects.

Principle: When a liquid comes into contact with a solid, the wettability of the liquid to the solid is determined by the surface tension it holds. The surface tension held by a solid is represented by the critical surface tension (rc), which is related to the surface tension of a liquid. When r ≤ rc, the liquid will wet (expand) on the surface of the solid. If a dry film with lower surface tension r>rc is formed on a solid surface than on a liquid surface, the liquid will flow or remain stationary at the interface without wetting.

The protective film formed by electronic component protector PTL030 can greatly reduce the surface tension of solid surfaces.

Product use:

 Used for pre plating protection of electronic component electrodes, to prevent the components from being corroded by electroplating solution and affecting electrical performance; Used for storage protection of electronic components to prevent moisture damage; Used for moisture-proof protection of circuit boards, etc.

Usage method:

The first step is to fully dry the surface of the component, and apply the protective solution evenly to the surface of the component using dip coating or brush coating methods. If necessary, you can apply it again after leaving it for 10 minutes;

The second step is to leave it at room temperature for 2 hours in a well ventilated environment, or heat it appropriately to increase the drying speed, but the temperature should not exceed 120 ℃

Product packaging: 15L/drum or packaged according to customer requirements

Storage conditions and stability: PTL030 can be stored for at least 12 months at 25 ℃ in its original container.

3. Be careful to avoid splashing liquids into the eyes, skin contact, and inhaling vapors during homework.
