Product characteristics

POLUSYN BK1475 is a closed type HDI curing agent that does not contain NCO active ingredients at room temperature. It can react and crosslink with hydroxyl resins to form a film after high-temperature unsealing. Its unsealing temperature is about 120 ℃. This product has excellent flexibility and substrate adhesion, and can be used to improve the toughness of amino resins, enhance the adhesion of paint films, and improve water resistance. It is generally recommended to bake at a temperature and time of 120 ℃ * 1h or 140 ℃ * 30min. The specific process can be revised according to the actual situation.

Compatibility

POLUSYN BK1475 has good compatibility with most resins and solvents. Before the product is applied in production, the compatibility between materials should be tested in advance.

Storage

The product must be stored in a cool and dry environment, with a shelf life of 1 year (calculated from the date of production) under sealed packaging conditions.
