Product performance:
It exhibits comprehensive properties including high transparency, impact resistance, high tensile strength, excellent weatherability,
abrasion resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, and elasticity. Additionally, it demonstrates
strong film-forming and adhesive capabilities on materials such as glass, metal, wood, ceramics, leather, etc. It is compatible with a
variety of resins, including phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin, nitrocellulose, natural resin, and
more.
Typical applications:
Recommended for use in solvent-based coatings to enhance the abrasion resistance, weatherability, and flexibility of the paint film.
Add Content:For ink systems, the recommended dosage (based on total formulation weight) is 20.0–25.0%. For improving paint film
properties (such as abrasion resistance, flexibility, weatherability, etc.), the recommended dosage (as above) is 0.8–3.0%.
Usage:First dissolve in a solvent (e.g., ethanol) before adding to the mixture.
