XW 82 is a water oil universal, unsealed acid catalyst with the following excellent characteristics:

★ Excellent salt spray resistance

★ Excellent washing resistance

★ Low conductivity, suitable for electrostatic spraying

★ Improve the hardness, gloss, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the paint film

Application:

XW 82 is an unsealed dinitronyl naphthalene disulfonic acid, which can be widely used in various hardware coatings, automotive coatings, coil coatings, general industrial coatings, canned coatings, glass coatings, water-based anodic electrophoretic coatings, and so on.

Add method/recommended dosage:

To achieve optimal results, XW 82 should be added in the later stages of production.

The dosage is 0.5-2.0% of the total formula

Storage:

XW 82 should be stored in a dry and cool place.

The shelf life of storage in a sealed container shall not be less than 12 months.

Packaging specifications:

25 kg/pail or 200 kg/drum.
