Ceramic powder dispersion improvement agent (additive) MK series

MK  Series products are substances with high hydroxyl content and low degree of polymerization. Excellent compatibility with polyvinyl butyral (PVB). exist PVB When dispersing ceramic powder in the bonding system, add it appropriately MK  Series products.

Has the following characteristics:

1. It can effectively prevent the anti flocculating/anti agglomeration of ceramic powder containing boron or other highly active elements such as magnesium, and delay the gel reaction of its slurry;

2. Can effectively reduce the increase in viscosity of the slurry;

3. Improve PVB Stacking and laminating ability of adhesive tape;

4. At the same time, when applied to the wet mixing process in the later stage, it can increase the adhesion of the raw ceramic body.  

Product application: Various additives can be mixed and used as needed.

1 MK6015:  Solid, added after grinding and dispersing the front powder, dosage: 0.5-1.5% of the powder wt%。

II MK6025:  100%  Solid containing liquid, added during the pre separation grinding and dispersion process, can prevent flocing/aggregation; Adding it during the later mixing process can increase the adhesive properties. Usage: 1-3 wt %。

This product system is based on the different materials, particle sizes, shapes, and characteristics of ceramic powders to determine the appropriate dosage.

Storage conditions: Please store in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and do not need to be refrigerated. In the original container, the storage stability at a temperature of 25 ℃ can reach at least 24 months.
