Chemical composition: Ethoxylated modified silanol compound

Effective content: 59%(150℃×40  min)

Scope of application: Steel and coil aluminum coatings, magnesium nickel, magnesium aluminum alloys, copper and other metal self drying paints or baking paint systems.

Application characteristics: MF-602 is used for various cross-linked coatings and non crosslinked coatings such as amino baking paint, amine curing, and amino curing epoxy paint.In the combination curing self drying paint, it significantly improves the long-term adhesion and impact toughness of the coating on various extremely difficult to adhere metal substrates, while enhancing the chemical corrosion resistance and boiling resistance of the cured paint film, improving aging resistance, and preventing early loss of gloss, powdering, and discoloration of the coating! Adding MF-602 to coil paint, tin can paint, alkyd and nitro self drying paint, and epoxy paint can significantly improve the toughness of the coating and its scratch resistance to metal substrates and mineral stones! While providing good adhesion to the coating, it has little impact on the glossiness of the paint film and has good storage stability in the finished paint. This product has excellent cost-effectiveness advantages.

Attention: To improve the compatibility of this additive, please dilute 1 part of MF-602 with 3 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether before adding it to the system.

Usage and dosage: For the total amount of finished paint, the general addition amount is 1.0~2.5%

Packaging specification: 200 kilograms per iron drum.

Shelf life: 24 months/below 35 ℃, cool and ventilated.
