PROPERTIES:

Melamines IAMEL 9127 is a trimethyl amino resin, which has good compatibility and compatibility with alcohols, esters, ketones and

other solvents, and is very compatible with water in a certain proportion. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high solid content,

high gloss, high fullness, and good salt spray resistance, gasoline resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other comprehensive physical

and chemical properties

Melamines IAVEL 9127 can be used to make solvent-based and water-based coatings. It is highly compatible with acrylic resins, alkyd

resins and polyester resins, and has high reactivity and can react at 110 °C. Compared with Melamincs IAMEL 917, it has a lower molecular

weight and is better than Melamines IAMEL 917 in the aqueous system. The water-based system needs to add amine neutralizer or alcohol

to improve storage stability, that is, modating the pH value to 8-9 or adding an appropriate amount of isobutanol.

SUGGESTED USES: it is used inwater-based automobile coating, topcoat, bicycle topcoat, coil coating, industrial baking paint, coil coating,

indoor electrical coating, etc.

Storage stability:

Melamines IAMEL 9127 can be stored in the original container at 25°C for at least 24 months.
